School Funds and the Lawsuit

Kansas school districts took $3.2 million in public money and gave it to a non-profit organization for the purpose of suing the state.

Should the non-profit,  Schools for Fair Funding, be required to disclose its records?

Some think so. On the other hand, Alan Rupe, lawyer for the suing schools, offered only a partial reveal of the records to a newspaper that wanted access.
