Public Funding, Private Records?

The Topeka Capitol-Journal continues to note that the group Schools for Fair Funding Inc., which received $3.2 million in public funds (through school districts) still is not fully responding to the newspaper’s open-record requests.

Unlike Schools for Fair Funding, both Visit Topeka and the Kansas Association of School Boards were quick to offer up financial records, saying they have done so for years.
